Rosemary O’Neill, MA MFT
Coaching has been a natural progression for me. I have dedicated my career to helping people achieve their absolute best and live their life purpose and potential. I partner with my clients to address challenges and take them through a process of self-discovery and change.
I am credentialed through the International Coach Federation and a Coach U Certified Graduate (CUCG). I also have an MA in Counseling Psychology, and I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist/MFT.
How I got here.
The catalyst for my coaching career began when a window of opportunity opened for me and I jumped at the chance to make my dream of living abroad come true. This was a bold, life-changing move. Challenges included closing my psychotherapy/psychology practice of eight years, selling my home and moving to a new life.
First I explored London, studied French, and made new friends.
The excitement and diversity of living in an international city encouraged my move to France, where I lived for two years and continued my studies in language and music. I did it all! This was the best lifetime decision for me, and I have never looked back.
This life changing experience paved the way to a new career in coaching. I know first hand the risks, challenges and rewards of following one’s dream. I know the ins and outs, but most of all, I know it is possible!!
I live in California in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area. I have a wonderful family and a solid community of friends. I love music, dancing, singing, and hiking in our gorgeous regional parks.
In addition to Life Coaching, I am a faculty member at a local community college where, as both coordinator and service provider, I have developed a program of “Personal Counseling/Life Coaching Services” for students.
